Our pool (28 degrees) measures 15 x 4 meters, inviting you to enjoy a refreshing swim. Afterwards, unwind in our sauna garden and spa area with various saunas, perfect for relaxing after a long walk.

Are you looking for an event location for your wedding or family celebration? Take advantage of our spacious facilities to comfortably accommodate many guests and make your celebration something special! Choose from various menus, we put the dishes together in such a way that there is something for every taste. Benefit from our excellent service and enjoy your special day.
Breakfast
Enjoy our rich breakfast buffet daily from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m., including coffee specialties, for €15.00 per person. Children from 6 years old pay €7.00. We are happy to take your reservation by phone at 04721 / 29 141 so that we can prepare a table for you.
For early risers from 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m., we offer a packed lunch on request.
Cuxhaven
With us, you are not only a few minutes away from the North Sea, but also directly surrounded by the beautiful Wernerwald forest. The coastal region in the district of Cuxhaven has a lot to offer.
Upon request, we are happy to provide our guests with a guest folder in English, containing information about activities in Cuxhaven and the surrounding area. If you have any questions about mudflat hiking, boat trips, or bicycle rentals, please do not hesitate to ask us in English at the reception.
Dogs are WElcome!
We want to offer your four-legged friends a great and relaxing holiday too. To ensure that our small and large friends don't have to miss out on anything on holiday, we work together with "Küstentier", a local company that is completely dedicated to the well-being of our furry friends. Our wellness area offers you an oasis of well-being, where you can leave the worries of everyday life behind. The wellness area of Hotel Wernerwald offers three saunas: a Finnish sauna with hot, dry air for muscle relaxation and a bio sauna with milder heat and higher humidity for a gentler experience. Additionally, there is a Turkish steam bath, which reduces stress through soothing warmth and dense steam, cleanses the skin, and strengthens the immune system. A special highlight is the Microsalt salt inhalation, which offers health benefits through a fine distribution of salt aerosol in the air, such as cleansing the respiratory tract and supporting skin health. We kindly request that you check out by 11:00 AM at the latest.
Parking is available at the hotel and can be booked for a parking fee of €10.00 per car/day. Alternatively, we have a private hotel car park a 5-minute walk away for €7.00 per car/night.
The town of Cuxhaven has been a spa resort for many years due to its location directly on the North Sea. In order to ensure that Cuxhaven remains a popular tourist destination, the town charges a visitor's tax (Kurtaxe) of €3.80 per person per day (€3.00 per person per day in the off-season). This will be added to your total bill upon check-out. This tax grants you access to all beaches in Cuxhaven.
To help protect the environment and conserve resources, your room will be serviced for the first time on the third day of your stay. Upon arrival, you will have the option to request additional cleaning services if desired.
